At Blisscotto, we want you to love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our return policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process for any returns or exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 14 days, and we’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent out.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom and Personalized Products: Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized products unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Change of Mind: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@blisscotto.com with your order number, details of the issue, and a photo of the product if applicable.
- Review and Response: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
- Return Shipping: If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds and Replacements
- Replacements: For eligible returns, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
- Refunds: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may have already gone into production.
